We encourage you to resist the temptation as LandSafe is a separate entity and our parent company follows a diversification strategy that places a great deal of importance on the growth of high-quality real estate transaction services.

LandSafe is active in professional appraisal organizations and we believe many of these trade associations are ideal vehicles for making your opinions heard. After all, there is strength in numbers, as evidenced by the 20,000 voices represented by the Appraisal Institute's letter to various members of Congress regarding undue lender influence (to learn more about the Appraisal Institute, visit www.appraisalinstitute.org).

We encourage you to participate in industry debates and have your voice and opinion heard. By working together with legislators, financial services industry participants, professional and trade organizations and others, we can feel confident that mutually satisfactory solutions can be found.
