The following hardware and software requirements
must be met in order to transmit appraisal orders to LandSafe Appraisal
Services. If you decide to join our team, you will be required to meet the
following systems requirements before we can transmit any orders to you.
Guideline for minimum system requirements (please contact your software vendor for specifics):
- Pentium 100 MHz processor
- 32 MB RAM
- Windows 95/98
- 200 MB free hard-drive space
- 56K modem and Internet access
- Digital camera
- Electronic signature
- Mapping program or scanner
The above system requirements are current minimal requirements. Higher
processing speeds will enable you to download faster thus increasing your
productivity and efficiency.
Software we support . . . You will need to have one of the following
software programs in order to receive orders and download completed appraisals
to us. If you do not currently own one of these programs, you will need
to call the software vendor to purchase it.

You must be able to download successfully before we can send you any appraisal orders. A
portable document file (.pdf) only provides a picture of the data and is not acceptable
format for LandSafe assignments.
