- Faster invoicing and receipt of payment –– Our average turn-around time between invoice and payment is ten working days, which means you won't have to wait several weeks or even months for payment.
- Customer service/scheduling support –– Our staff of customer service professionals will provide assistance when you have production questions or need help in resolving problems.
- Technical support –– Technical support is available should you have questions concerning AppraiserLink or your EDI software.
- Access to LandSafe's staff appraiser team –– Certified and designated review appraisers can help you find fast answers to technical questions, provide quality control, oversee underwriting requirements, and provide regulatory updates.
- Dedicated Fee Panel Management Team –– Our Fee Panel Management Team is comprised of 7 regional areas for "corner-to-corner" nationwide coverage. Each regional area has a primary and secondary Business Partner Relations Manager (BPRM) dedicated to appraiser recruitment, EDI compliance and appraiser issues.
